Cancellation Policy
Online bookings include a £0.99 processing fee. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Our policies are in place to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our clients. 1. Drop-in Classes & Socials (single sessions) You may cancel or reschedule your booking online any time before the class or social starts. After the start time, or in case of no-show, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. All changes must be made by the client through their online account. 2. Workshops, Parties & Special Events (except Party Pa’ Ti) Tickets are non-refundable. You may move your booking to another available date or similar event any time before the event starts, subject to availability. After the event has started, or in case of no-show, tickets cannot be refunded, credited or rescheduled. 3. Party Pa’ Ti Events Tickets for Party Pa’ Ti events are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, credited or transferred. If you are unable to attend, the ticket will be considered used. 4. Courses (5-Week / 8-Week Packs) Courses are sold as a package of fixed dates and times. Individual sessions do not need to be booked and cannot be rescheduled. Once the course has started, course fees are non-refundable and missed classes cannot be refunded, credited or transferred. 5. Memberships & Subscriptions Memberships have a minimum commitment period stated at purchase. After that period you may request cancellation in writing; the membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are given for unused sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to manage their bookings in line with the rules above. 6. Changes & Cancellations by Salsateca If we need to cancel or change a service you will be offered an alternative date, credit or refund for the affected booking only. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
