1. - SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS & RENEWAL
1.1 By purchasing a subscription, you authorize a recurring payment charged to your bank card via direct debit:
• Feel Good: £48.00 per month
• Feel Great: £85.00 per month
• Feel Amazing: £130.00 per month
1.2 The subscription has a minimum commitment of 6 months and cannot be canceled or suspended during this period.
1.3 Payments will continue monthly until the subscriber requests cancellation after the initial commitment period.
2.- SUBSCRIPTION USAGE & VENUE ACCESS
2.1 Each subscription grants access to sessions per month as follows:
• Feel Good: 4 sessions per month
• Feel Great: 8 sessions per month
• Feel Amazing: Unlimited sessions
2.2 A session consists of 2 hours of class followed by a social dance (duration varies between 1 to 3 hours).
2.3 Subscription usage for workshops and events:
• Feel Good & Feel Great: Not valid for Saturday Intensive and Super Intensive Cuban Workshops or special workshops/events
but can be used at Latin Paradise, Salsateca Fiesta, and Salsateca Sunday Socials.
• Feel Amazing: Can be used at Saturday Intensive and Super Intensive Cuban Workshops, as well as Latin Paradise, Salsateca Fiesta, and Salsateca Sunday Socials (excludes other special workshops or events not listed).
2.4 Subscribers must book classes online and select “Pay with my plan” at checkout to deduct the session from their allowance.
2.5 A session cannot be split. If a subscriber books a one-hour class, it will still be counted as one full session from their total allowance.
3. - NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-SUSPENDABLE
3.1 Subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2 Subscriptions cannot be frozen, paused, or suspended during the initial commitment period.
3.3 Unused sessions do not carry over to the following month.
4. - PERSONAL & NON-TRANSFERABLE SUBSCRIPTION
4.1 Subscriptions are strictly personal and non-transferable. Subscribers may only book classes for themselves.
4.2 Misuse by booking for another person may result in cancellation without a refund.
5. - VENUE CHANGES & OPERATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
5.1 While we strive for a stable class schedule, we reserve the right to close venues temporarily or indefinitely.
5.2 No refunds or suspensions will be granted as long as at least 75% of venues remain available.
5.3 If fewer than 75% of venues remain operational, we will assess possible alternatives, including adjustments or alternative class access options.
6. - SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
6.1 After the 6-month commitment, subscriptions automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis.
6.2 To cancel after the initial period, subscribers must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing date to prevent further charges.
6.3 Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the subscriber dashboard on our website or by emailing admin@salsateca.co.uk.

One-time purchase (no subscription): These packages do not auto-renew.

Validity: Your 3- or 6-session package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

What counts as a session: A session is 2 hours of class plus a social dance (1–3 hours) depending on the day and venue. Sessions are indivisible and must be used in a single visit—partial attendance or late arrival counts as a full session used.

Personal & non-transferable: The package is for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Where you can use it: Packages are valid for regular daily sessions only and not valid at parties or workshops (including Latin Paradise, Salsateca Fiesta, Salsateca Sunday Socials, Saturday Intensive and Super Intensive Cuban Workshops, or other special workshops/events not listed here).

Non-refundable & no freezes: All package sales are final. Packages cannot be frozen, paused, or extended.

Expiry: When 30 days elapse (or when you use all sessions), the package ends and a new purchase is required.

Operational adjustments: We may temporarily or permanently adjust venues/schedules. No refunds or extensions will be granted as long as at least 75% of venues remain available. If fewer than 75% remain operational, we will assess possible alternatives (e.g., adjustments or alternative class access options).

T&C updates: These terms may be updated. The version on our website is the current one.
GENERAL – SELF-RESCHEDULING

Students who can’t attend must reschedule before the class start time by logging in to their dashboard (My Bookings → Upcoming → Manage → Reschedule) and selecting any available date/venue. After the start time, rescheduling isn’t available and the session counts as used.
No card payments accepted at the door. Book online before the starting time or pay cash at the door. Arrive 10 min early to avoid queues.
